How to Buy and Watch

  1. Click on an event under the "Today's Events", "Upcoming Events", or "Past Events" slider.
  2. Select a pay-per-view option on the event player page and complete the purchase.
  3. To watch the recorded version, scroll down the site's homepage or on the desired channel page to find your event.
  4. If you cannot find a replay within 24 hours post-event, it's likely not available due to an issue experienced during the live broadcast.
  5. Replays may be available to watch for 24 hours or up to 30 days after they occur depending on the event organizer. After that period, eligible events will be moved to the AO2 Live Archives.

When will the replay be available?

A: In most cases, replays will be available to watch on-demand within 15-30 minutes of the event ending. In rarer cases, some events may take up to 24 hours to watch on-demand due to video production issues or network connectivity issues during the broadcast.

What is included with my package purchase?

A: Package purchases provide access to all live broadcasts and replays of the shows in the package.

What will my credit card statement show for my purchase?

A: Credit card transactions are processed by Rivur Suite Communications with RIVUR LIVE on your credit card statement.

If I'm not available to watch live, can I watch it later?

YES. With your stream or package purchases, you have access to the live event and all archived events that are included in your purchase option. Some events may be subject to removal after 24 hours or up to 30 days from when they occur.

Are MP4 downloads included with my purchase?

A: Only if specified on the event details or where indicated on the host channel page. To download the video MP4 file follow these steps:

  1. On the same player page where the purchase was made look for the "Downloads" section to find the download link(s).
  2. Shortcut keys: On your keyboard hold ALT+Left click on the download link. For Mac users hold Option+Left click.
  3. Or left click on the download link, and in the next page that opens in a new tab look for the kebab menu (3 dots) in the lower right side of the player controls to find and click on the download option.

We recommend downloading the MP4 file on a computer with a stable internet connection. Smartphones and tablets may fail downloading larger video files on unstable internet connections (cellular vs home WiFi) - if this happens try again or on a computer.

Do I need a new account for AO2 Live?

A: If you have an account on any Rivur Live platform, you do not need to create a new account for AO2 Live. Please use your existing login credentials when signing into AO2 Live.

If you see a message stating "account does not exist" when trying to log in, please create a new account directly on AO2 Live.

I don't see my account verification email when registering?

A: Please check your spam/junk folder of your registering email for an email from "Rivur" if you do not see it in your inbox. "Rivur Live", "Rivur Suite", or "Rivur Communications" is our video streaming platform provider.

Who do I contact with any problems viewing & downloading videos?

A: With any technology and internet, occasional issues with the signal may arise. There is a Viewing Tips page available that can help resolve most issues. If you're still experiencing a problem, please reply to your email purchase receipt or use the website's contact page.

Refunds and Exchanges

A: AO2 Live is provided on an "as is" basis. We will not have any liability to you for the quality, cancellation, or abandonment of any event, or the failure to show any event as scheduled or advertised, nor where you are unable to watch any event on any specific platform device. All pay-per-view sales are final: there are no refunds for any reason. If you've purchased the wrong event, we will exchange it for another event of the same value.
